you are ready to begin your application at the Bible Institute. We are currently accepting applications for the Biblical Studies or
Theology Associate Degree Programs. You may review the 2018-2019 Associate of Theology Degree Program class schedule. Please note
the Biblical Studies and Theology Associate Degree programs are on the same trac.
Your process begins
with your email request for an application PDF. You sould look for your application within 3-5 business days. There are three ways to submit your application.
The PDF form can be completed online and does not require a log-in. However, it must be completed in
one sitting. If you leave this page without submitting the application, any data you have typed will be lost. To complete the application, you will need the names and locations of all
institutions you attended, the years you studied there, and any degrees you received. It is best if you also have the names and email addresses of all of your references to finish this
2. DOWNLOAD AND EMAIL TO ADMISSIONS CENTER:
When you have completed the application, scan and email it to Admissions@bi.lmfinc.com
3. PRINT AND MAIL

Once your application is received, our Application and Communications Specialist will process it within 5 business days. The day after it is
processed, you will receive an email containing the next steps in the Admissions process. Our office will work with you as you submit all the pieces of your application.

ASSOCIATE DEGREE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
All prospective students desiring
enrollment into the associate degree program must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate and able to read and
comprehend at a high school level or above.
